ASAP - Association Registration & Contact Update Form  

  - associations must provide updated contact information every year.  Associations will not receive team logins until they have submitted this form.

At any time - provide U7, U9 and Pond Hockey team contacts to facilitate game bookings  https://www.neahl.ca/article/97924

October 4 - Team Registration Deadline

October 10 - Indigenous Relations meeting 

October 12 - Submit HCR roster to NEAHL through the Alberta One website

  - teams can be submitted as soon as they are created in HCR, even if there are no players on the roster and even if NEAHL has not created your team on our website yet

  - 2024-09-25 - there is currently an issue with rosters importing from HCR.  Ramp has been notified.  Please continue to submit teams.

Oct 18 - Nov 10 - Preseason

  - if teams wish to play a preseason game prior to Oct 18, contact your governor or deputy governor

Nov 12 - Re-tier, playoff formats proposed

Nov 15 - Regular season begins

Nov 15 - Hockey Alberta Provincials Bid deadline

Mid-December - Provincial hosts announced

End of December

  - Split Tiers - teams will be assigned into final tiers

  - any final retiering (rare)

January TBD - league meeting

Jan 10 - League considers playoff formats (U11 & U13 will be tournament style)

Jan 15 - Final Draft League Playoff Format announced

Jan TBD - League Tournament Style Playoffs/Finals (U11 & U13) Bid Deadline

Feb 16 - Regular season ends U13 & U15

Feb 23 - Regular season ends U18

First week March - Regular season ends U11

March - U11 playoffs and finals (dates TBD)

Mar 10 - U13 & U15 League Champions must be determined and submitted to HA

Mar 17 - U18 League Champion must be determined and submitted to HA

Mar 20-23 - U13 & U15 provincials

Mar 27-30 - U19 provincials

April TBD - League AGM
