Alberta One/HCR Sync - List of all NEAHL teams and whether their roster has been submitted here. If the submitted teams column is blank, then the roster has not been submitted.
All teams registered for the 2024-25 season have been added to the NEAHL website. If there are errors with your association's teams as they appear on the website, please contact admin@neahl.ca asap. All team logins have been sent out unless an association did not update their contact information for 2024-25.
Team rosters must be added to the NEAHL website prior to any league games being played. Team rosters can ONLY be added through the roster sync/import from HCR/Alberta One to NEAHL. Associations must login to Alberta One and submit each team's roster to NEAHL. The Alberta One login credentials will look something like username: townmha-1234, password: townmha-123456.
Ramp support sent out association Alberta One login credentials around Sept 20, 2024 in an email with the subject line "IMPORTANT - Information On the New Hockey Alberta One Games Portal". Associations also received login credentials last year around Sept 21, 2023 from admin@neahl.ca in an email with the subject line "[Town] Alberta One Login".
NOTE - you can set up the sync/import as soon as your teams have been created in HCR, even if there is no one on the roster yet. Players and bench staff will be pulled over as they are added to your roster.
Unfortunately, the roster import is not bringing over phone numbers. Teams must have a phone number for the team manager and should have a phone number for the head coach or one other bench staff. Also, if an association does not put managers on their HCR roster, the team manager will have to be added to the roster by NEAHL admin as a non-HCR manager.
To add phone numbers, non-HCR managers, or to correct the contact information that was imported from HCR:
(1) email admin@neahl.ca to request changes to the roster. Please include team division, tier, and team name (e.g. Edmonton U18-2, U18 tier 2) with each requested change;
(2) contact the team's deputy governor to request changes to the roster; or
